Dr. Israr visited to India in 2004 and delivered many lecture on different topics regarding problems Islam & Muslims of south Asia facing at present time. And proposed Quranic Solutions to those problems. He is also founder of Tanzeem-e-Islami & Anjuman Khudaam-ul-Quran. This is one of his lectures.
