`Allah is He Who created you, then gave you sustenance, then He causes you to die, then brings you to life. Is there any of your false partners who does aught of it? Glory be to Him, and exalted be He above what they associate (with Him). (Quran 30:40)



The Angels are created to do as Allah (swt) wills and they do only that which they are commanded.
"They are but honored servants; they speak not until He has spoken; and they act by His command." (The Qur`an 21:26-27). The angels do not have their own will. They just follow the order, commandments, instructions of Allah SWT. They don`t act out of their own accord, and do not sin (because they don`t have free will).
